Centennial is one of our most common admission sources. The geography works.

Paramount Rehab Center serves a significant population of Centennial residents — typically about 15 minutes north of our Aurora facility via I-25 or Parker Road. For most Centennial-based clients, the drive is shorter than a typical Denver Tech Center commute.

Why Centennial residents come to Paramount

Discretion. Centennial is a tight community. Local outpatient providers know everyone’s family. Many of our Centennial clients prefer a program slightly outside the neighborhood for privacy reasons.

Insurance fit. Many Centennial residents have commercial insurance through DTC-area employers — Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare. We’re in-network with most of them, and verification is a 60-second process.

Full continuum, including telehealth. For Centennial residents in IOP or outpatient, we offer both in-person attendance at our Aurora facility and telehealth options for the appropriate portions of treatment. Most clients use a combination.

Same-day or next-day admissions for acute cases. When the situation is urgent — and they often are — we admit within 24 to 48 hours of the first call.

Programs Centennial clients use

IOP (Intensive Outpatient). The most common Centennial admission. Three or five evenings per week, with most clients continuing to work and live at home. The structure lets you keep your life intact while getting full clinical intensity.

Residential into IOP step-down. For more severe cases, particularly fentanyl-related opioid use or severe alcohol use disorder, the path is typically residential (30 to 60 days) → IOP step-down → outpatient with alumni community.

Outpatient and medication management. For clients stable in early recovery or coming from another facility, weekly outpatient therapy plus psychiatric medication management.

Coverage for Centennial residents

Most Centennial clients use commercial insurance — Anthem, BCBS Colorado, Cigna, Kaiser, UnitedHealthcare — and most are in-network. For Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members in Centennial, treatment is fully covered with no out-of-pocket cost in most cases.

The Long Game

We don't disappear
at discharge.

Recovery isn't a 30-day program. It's the next 30 years. Our work begins at admission — but most of it happens after, in the months and years where most rehabs go silent.

Common Questions

The questions most often asked.

Real questions, real answers. If you don't see yours here, call — our admissions team is trained for the hard ones.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We are an in-network provider for Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) across all program levels. For most members, treatment is fully covered with no out-of-pocket cost. We verify benefits before any commitment.
What if I have commercial insurance?
We are in-network with most major commercial carriers — Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, Kaiser, Humana, TRICARE — and work with most other plans on an out-of-network basis. Verification takes about 60 seconds and is free.
I don't have insurance. Can I still get treatment?
Yes. We offer transparent self-pay rates, sliding-scale options, and flexible payment plans. We can also help you check Medicaid eligibility — many people qualify and don't know it. Call us and we'll walk through it together.
How fast can I (or my loved one) be admitted?
Most callers are admitted within 24–48 hours of the first conversation. For acute cases — including detox — same-day admission is often possible.
Is the program confidential?
Absolutely. Your treatment is protected by HIPAA and by 42 CFR Part 2 — the strictest federal protections in the country for addiction records. We do not share information with employers, family, or anyone without your written consent.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
Yes. We provide buprenorphine, naltrexone, methadone coordination, and other FDA-approved medications where clinically indicated. MAT is one tool — never used in isolation, never withheld out of stigma.
What's the alumni program like?
Free for life. Weekly community meetings, sponsor matching, milestone celebrations, and a direct line back to your original clinical team. About 1,800 Paramount alumni are active in the community right now.
What if I relapse?
You call us. Same number, same team. Relapse is part of recovery for many people — not a reason to start over with strangers. We re-engage, adjust the care plan, and keep going.

The call you've been putting off
is the one that changes
everything.
